Ingram Micro is one of the world's largest distributors of IT products and services. Within their Australian operation I worked as part of a marketing and design team functioning as an internal agency — delivering high-volume digital marketing assets for major global technology brands including Hewlett Packard, Lenovo, Dell and Microsoft.

Email Marketing at Volume
Designed and built hundreds of EDM assets for major technology brands under tight turnaround requirements. Working directly with marketing executives to plan, schedule and deploy campaigns via Campaign Monitor — handling everything from initial design brief to final send.
Each EDM required clarity of message, visual hierarchy built for inbox rendering, and HTML construction that performed across email clients. At this volume and pace, consistency, accuracy and speed were non-negotiable.
Landing Page and Website Design
Designed and built marketing websites and campaign landing pages for major client campaigns including Lenovo, Veeam and Fortinet. Full end-to-end execution - from Figma wireframes through to HTML and CSS development using Bootstrap - delivering production-ready builds without handoff gaps.
UI Design
Beyond client-facing work, contributed to internal product design including interface design for Leasehub, an internal business application. Designed login flows and dashboard interfaces balancing usability with Ingram's internal brand requirements.
The Environment
Agency-side work at this scale builds a specific discipline — the ability to produce quality output fast, manage multiple concurrent briefs, and maintain brand consistency across a large client portfolio.
